Tipsy Circle is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We verify date of birth at signup; providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination.
Tipsy Circle is a social application that lets you check in at venues, see where friends and activity are, vote on venue atmosphere, participate in social challenges, coordinate plans, and view recaps of your nights. Venues may claim their pages to access analytics and promotional tools.
Tipsy Circle is a social tool, not a drinking app. We never require, reward, or encourage the consumption of alcohol. Every social challenge in the app can be completed without drinking. You are solely responsible for your own choices regarding alcohol. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and look out for the people around you.
Do not drive while impaired. The app provides convenient access to rideshare options to help you get home safely. Blackridge Ventures LLC is not responsible for transportation decisions you make.
Venues listed in Tipsy Circle are independent third-party businesses. We do not own, operate, or control them, and we are not responsible for their service, pricing, security, premises, products, or conduct. Any dispute arising from your visit to a venue is between you and that venue. Venue information (including menus, hours, and descriptions) is provided by the venue or sourced from third parties and may not be accurate or current.
You are responsible for the content you post, including chat messages, photos, and profile information. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines, with or without notice.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Tipsy Circle uses passwordless login tied to your verified phone number or your Apple/Google account. Keep access to those secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Venue accounts may purchase paid subscription plans and promotional credits. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a venue subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Tipsy Circle, including its name, design, logo, and software, is owned by Blackridge Ventures LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information within it is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackridge Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from your use of the app, your interactions with venues or other users, your consumption of alcohol, or your transportation decisions.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Guidelines, or to protect the community.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
